You got the likes, and now we have a recipe posted.
· 1-2 C Pasta (I use penne, but the amount will depend on the type of pasta)
· 1 tbs butter
· 1 tbs flour
· Pepper to taste
· 1 ¼ C milk
· 2 C Cheese (I use mostly cheddar cheese with a bit of parmesan and mozzarella)
· 16oz Veggies (Optional and of your choice, I like broccoli)
Cook pasta as you normally would. For the sauce, melt butter on the stove (or microwave). Stir in flour and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook on a med-low heat until slightly thickened and bubbly. (For microwave, cook this for 3-5 minutes, stopping every minute to stir.)
Add cheeses and cook until cheese is melted and well mixed in. (For microwave, put in microwave another minute, and stir together until melted.)
Add pasta and veggies if desired. Mix well and serve.
(Optional) Put into a 1-quart casserole dish, bake uncovered at 350 for 10-25 minutes or until bubbly.
